نلتزم في تطبيق هامور (Hamour) بحماية خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه وكيف نستخدمه ونحميه. تتوافق هذه السياسة مع إفصاح خصوصية التطبيق (App Privacy) في App Store.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك المعروض عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple.
• معرّف المستخدم: معرّف Firebase الخاص بحسابك.
• معرّف الجهاز للإشعارات: رمز Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) لإرسال التنبيهات إلى جهازك.
• تفضيلاتك: قائمة المتابعة وإعدادات التنبيهات والاشتراك.
• بيانات الشراء: سجلّ اشتراكك عبر Apple App Store (للتحقّق من صلاحية الاشتراك).
• بيانات الاستخدام: تفاعلك داخل التطبيق لتحسين الأداء والتجربة.
• بيانات تقنية للأمان: عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز عند تسجيل الدخول، لحماية الحساب واكتشاف إساءة الاستخدام.
• بيانات الأعطال والأداء: عند حدوث خلل، قد نجمع تقارير أعطال مجهّلة لتحسين الاستقرار.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق (GPS). قد نستدل على منطقتك التقريبية (على مستوى الدولة أو المدينة) من عنوان IP لأغراض الأمان وملاءمة المحتوى. ولا نجمع بياناتك المالية الحساسة (أرقام البطاقات تُدار من Apple ولا نصل إليها).

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

• إرسال تنبيهات وبيانات عن أسهم السوق الأمريكي.
• إدارة حسابك واشتراكك (الأساسي / PRO).
• تحسين أداء التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم واستقراره.

3. المدفوعات

تُدار مدفوعات الاشتراك حصراً عبر Apple App Store (In-App Purchase). لا نتلقّى ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك؛ تتولّى Apple عملية الدفع والتجديد والاسترداد وفق سياساتها.

4. مشاركة المعلومات والمعالِجون

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للتتبّع الإعلاني عبر التطبيقات (لا نستخدم مُعرّف الإعلانات IDFA). نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة لمعالجة محدودة:

• Firebase / Google: المصادقة، وإرسال الإشعارات، وتقارير الأعطال.
• Apple App Store: إدارة الاشتراك والفوترة.
• مزوّدو بيانات السوق: لجلب بيانات الأسهم العامة — لا نُرسل إليهم أي بيانات مستخدم.

5. حقوقك وحذف الحساب

• حذف الحساب: يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة نهائياً من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. الحذف غير قابل للتراجع.
• طلب بياناتك: يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك المخزّنة بمراسلة الدعم.
• الإشعارات: يمكنك إيقافها من داخل التطبيق أو من إعدادات جهازك.

6. أمان البيانات

جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS/TLS، وبيانات الاعتماد مخزّنة بأمان عبر Firebase Authentication. نطبّق إجراءات أمنية معقولة لحماية بياناتك.

7. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عمداً.

8. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر أي تغيير على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخها.

At Hamour, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use and protect it. It is consistent with the App Privacy disclosure on the App Store.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: your email address and display name when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• User identifier: the Firebase ID associated with your account.
• Device token for notifications: a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver alerts to your device.
• Your preferences: watchlist, alert settings, and subscription state.
• Purchase data: your subscription record via the Apple App Store (to verify subscription validity).
• Usage data: your in-app interactions, used to improve performance and experience.
• Technical security data: IP address and device type at sign-in, to protect your account and detect abuse.
• Crash & performance data: when something goes wrong, we may collect anonymized crash reports to improve stability.

We do not collect your precise (GPS) location. An approximate region (country or city level) may be inferred from your IP address for security and content relevance. We do not collect sensitive financial data (card numbers are handled by Apple and never reach us).

2. How We Use Information

• Delivering alerts and data about U.S. stock-market equities.
• Managing your account and subscription (Basic / PRO).
• Improving the app's performance, user experience, and stability.

3. Payments

Subscription payments are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase). We never receive or store your card details; Apple handles payment, renewal, and refunds under its own policies.

4. Information Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking (we do not use the IDFA advertising identifier). We rely on service providers for limited processing:

• Firebase / Google: authentication, push notifications, and crash reporting.
• Apple App Store: subscription management and billing.
• Market-data providers: to fetch public stock data — no user data is ever sent to them.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

• Account deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible.
• Data access: you can request a copy of your stored data by contacting support.
• Notifications: you can turn them off inside the app or in your device settings.

6. Data Security

All communication is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS, and credentials are stored securely via Firebase Authentication. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with an updated date.
