نلتزم في تطبيق هامور (Hamour) بحماية خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه وكيف نستخدمه ونحميه. تتوافق هذه السياسة مع إفصاح خصوصية التطبيق (App Privacy) في App Store ونموذج أمان البيانات (Data safety) في Google Play.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك المعروض عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple.
• معرّف المستخدم: معرّف Firebase الخاص بحسابك.
• معرّف الجهاز للإشعارات: رمز Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) لإرسال التنبيهات إلى جهازك.
• تفضيلاتك: قائمة المتابعة وإعدادات التنبيهات والاشتراك.
• بيانات الشراء: سجلّ اشتراكك عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play بحسب منصّتك (للتحقّق من صلاحية الاشتراك).
• بيانات الاستخدام: تفاعلك داخل التطبيق لتحسين الأداء والتجربة.
• بيانات تقنية للأمان: عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز عند تسجيل الدخول، لحماية الحساب واكتشاف إساءة الاستخدام.
• بيانات الأعطال والأداء: عند حدوث خلل، قد نجمع تقارير أعطال مجهّلة لتحسين الاستقرار.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق (GPS). قد نستدل على منطقتك التقريبية (على مستوى الدولة أو المدينة) من عنوان IP لأغراض الأمان وملاءمة المحتوى. ولا نجمع بياناتك المالية الحساسة (أرقام البطاقات يديرها متجر منصّتك، Apple أو Google، ولا نصل إليها).

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

• إرسال تنبيهات وبيانات عن أسهم السوق الأمريكي.
• إدارة حسابك واشتراكك (الأساسي / PRO).
• تحسين أداء التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم واستقراره.

3. المدفوعات

تُدار مدفوعات الاشتراك حصراً عبر متجر التطبيقات في منصّتك (شراء داخل التطبيق): Apple App Store على iPhone، وGoogle Play على أندرويد. لا نتلقّى ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك؛ يتولّى المتجر عملية الدفع والتجديد والاسترداد وفق سياساته، ومن إعدادات الاشتراكات فيه تُدار الاشتراكات وتُلغى.

4. مشاركة المعلومات والمعالِجون

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للتتبّع الإعلاني عبر التطبيقات (لا نستخدم مُعرّف الإعلانات IDFA). نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة لمعالجة محدودة:

• Firebase / Google: المصادقة، وإرسال الإشعارات، وتقارير الأعطال.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: إدارة الاشتراك والفوترة، كلٌّ على منصّته.
• مزوّدو بيانات السوق: لجلب بيانات الأسهم العامة — لا نُرسل إليهم أي بيانات مستخدم.
• قياس زيارات الموقع: تُقاس زيارات موقع hamour.app بأداة Cloudflare Web Analytics على مستوى شبكة الحماية والتسريع التي تخدم الموقع، بلا كوكيز ولا معرّفات ولا تتبّع عبر المواقع؛ تصلنا أرقام مجمّعة فقط (الصفحات والدول وأنواع المتصفحات). لا يشمل ذلك ما يجري داخل التطبيق.
• مساعدك الذكي (باختيارك): إن ربطتَ حسابك بمساعد ذكي مثل Claude أو ChatGPT عبر موصّل هامور، يقرأ المساعد بيانات حسابك في هامور حين تطلبها في محادثتك فقط: خطتك، والتنبيهات والإشارات، وحالة السوق وبيانات السوق وتحليلاته كما يعرضها التطبيق، ولقطات الأسهم وتفاصيلها، وقائمة متابعتك وتنبيهات السعر الخاصة بك. الربط للقراءة فقط، يتم برمز لمرة واحدة من التطبيق دون أي كلمة مرور، ونحتفظ بسجلّه لأغراض الأمان، وتفصله متى شئت من الإعدادات ← اربط ذكاءك الاصطناعي فيتوقف الوصول فوراً. ما يقرؤه المساعد يعالجه Claude أو ChatGPT وفق سياسته.

5. حقوقك وحذف الحساب

• حذف الحساب: يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة نهائياً من داخل التطبيق: حسابي (الإعدادات) ← حذف الحساب، أو بطلب عبر صفحة طلب حذف الحساب إن تعذّر عليك الدخول إلى التطبيق. الحذف غير قابل للتراجع، ولا يُلغي اشتراكاً قائماً؛ ألغِه من إعدادات الاشتراكات في App Store أو Google Play.
• طلب بياناتك: يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك المخزّنة بمراسلة الدعم.
• الإشعارات: يمكنك إيقافها من داخل التطبيق أو من إعدادات جهازك.

6. أمان البيانات

جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS/TLS، وبيانات الاعتماد مخزّنة بأمان عبر Firebase Authentication. نطبّق إجراءات أمنية معقولة لحماية بياناتك.

7. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عمداً.

8. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر أي تغيير على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخها.

At Hamour, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use and protect it. It is consistent with the App Privacy disclosure on the App Store and the Data safety section on Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: your email address and display name when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• User identifier: the Firebase ID associated with your account.
• Device token for notifications: a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver alerts to your device.
• Your preferences: watchlist, alert settings, and subscription state.
• Purchase data: your subscription record via the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform (to verify subscription validity).
• Usage data: your in-app interactions, used to improve performance and experience.
• Technical security data: IP address and device type at sign-in, to protect your account and detect abuse.
• Crash & performance data: when something goes wrong, we may collect anonymized crash reports to improve stability.

We do not collect your precise (GPS) location. An approximate region (country or city level) may be inferred from your IP address for security and content relevance. We do not collect sensitive financial data (card numbers are handled by your platform's store, Apple or Google, and never reach us).

2. How We Use Information

• Delivering alerts and data about U.S. stock-market equities.
• Managing your account and subscription (Basic / PRO).
• Improving the app's performance, user experience, and stability.

3. Payments

Subscription payments are handled exclusively through your platform's app store (in-app purchase): the Apple App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. We never receive or store your card details; the store handles payment, renewal, and refunds under its own policies, and you manage or cancel your subscription in its subscription settings.

4. Information Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking (we do not use the IDFA advertising identifier). We rely on service providers for limited processing:

• Firebase / Google: authentication, push notifications, and crash reporting.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: subscription management and billing, each on its own platform.
• Market-data providers: to fetch public stock data — no user data is ever sent to them.
• Website visit analytics: visits to hamour.app are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, the security and delivery network in front of the site, without cookies, identifiers or cross-site tracking; we receive aggregate numbers only (pages, countries, browser types). This does not cover what happens inside the app.
• Your AI assistant (your choice): if you connect your account to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT through the Hamour connector, the assistant reads your Hamour account data only when you ask for it in a chat: your plan, alerts and signals, market status and the market data and analyses the app shows, stock snapshots and details, and your watchlist and price alerts. The connection is read-only and made with a one-time code from the app, with no password; we keep a record of it for security, and you can end it at any time from Settings → Connect your AI, which stops access at once. What the assistant reads is processed by Claude or ChatGPT under its own policy.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

• Account deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app: Account (Settings) → Delete account, or by request through our account deletion page if you cannot access the app. Deletion is irreversible and does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Data access: you can request a copy of your stored data by contacting support.
• Notifications: you can turn them off inside the app or in your device settings.

6. Data Security

All communication is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS, and credentials are stored securely via Firebase Authentication. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with an updated date.
