باستخدامك تطبيق هامور (Hamour)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه. إن لم توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.

1. وصف الخدمة

هامور تطبيق معلوماتي يعرض بيانات وتنبيهات عن أسهم السوق الأمريكي، متوفّر بخطتين:

• الخطة الأساسية: تنبيهات وبيانات أساسية للاطلاع.
• خطة PRO: تنبيهات فورية وميزات موسّعة، عبر اشتراك مدفوع. يُعرض السعر داخل التطبيق قبل الشراء عبر App Store.

2. إخلاء المسؤولية المالية

هامور يقدّم معلومات وتنبيهات لأغراض إعلامية فقط. هو يُظهر ما فعلته السيولة في السوق، ولا يُوصي به.

• التطبيق لا يقدّم توصيات استثمارية أو نصائح مالية مخصّصة.
• لا ينفّذ صفقات، ولا يحتفظ بأموال، ولا يربط حساب وساطة، وليس وسيطاً ولا مستشاراً مالياً مرخّصاً.
• قرارات التداول والاستثمار مسؤوليتك وحدك. الأداء السابق لا يضمن النتائج المستقبلية. قد تكون البيانات متأخرة أو غير مكتملة.

3. الاشتراكات والفوترة

تُدار مدفوعات خطة PRO حصراً عبر حساب Apple App Store (In-App Purchase / StoreKit):

• خطة PRO اشتراك يتجدّد تلقائياً (شهري أو سنوي)، وقد تتضمّن فترة تجربة مجانية.
• يُخصم المبلغ من حساب App Store عند تأكيد الشراء، ويتجدّد تلقائياً للمدة والسعر نفسيهما ما لم تُوقف التجديد التلقائي قبل انتهاء الفترة الحالية بـ24 ساعة على الأقل.
• يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاء التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب App Store على جهازك.
• تُعالَج المبالغ والمستردّات وفق سياسات Apple المعمول بها؛ لا نتولّى نحن تحصيل المدفوعات ولا ردّها.
• يخضع الاستخدام لاتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم القياسية من Apple: Apple Standard EULA.

4. الحساب وحذفه

يمكنك استخدام معظم ميزات التطبيق كضيف دون حساب. عند إنشاء حساب (عبر Google أو Apple)، يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة نهائياً من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، أو بمراسلة الدعم.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

• استخدام التطبيق لأغراض مشروعة فقط.
• عدم محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إليها.
• عدم إعادة بيع البيانات أو إعادة توزيعها.

6. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق تطبيق هامور ومحتواه وعلاماته محفوظة لمالكه.

7. التغييرات على الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. يسري أي تعديل فور نشره على هذه الصفحة، واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني قبولك للنسخة المحدّثة.

By using the Hamour app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.

1. Description of the Service

Hamour is an informational app that displays data and alerts about U.S. stock-market equities, available in two plans:

• Basic plan: essential alerts and data for reference.
• PRO plan: instant alerts and expanded features via a paid subscription. The price is shown inside the app before purchase through the App Store.

2. Financial Disclaimer

Hamour provides information and alerts for informational purposes only. It shows what market liquidity has done — it does not recommend it.

• The app does not provide investment recommendations or personalized financial advice.
• It does not execute trades, hold funds, or link to any brokerage account, and it is not a licensed broker or financial advisor.
• Trading and investment decisions are solely your responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Data may be delayed or incomplete.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

PRO plan payments are handled exclusively through your Apple App Store account (In-App Purchase / StoreKit):

• The PRO plan is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and may include a free trial period.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price and duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription or cancel auto-renewal at any time in your device's App Store account settings.
• Charges and refunds are processed under the applicable Apple policies; we do not collect or refund payments ourselves.
• Use is subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Accounts & Deletion

You can use most of the app's features as a guest without an account. If you create an account (via Google or Apple), you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting support.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the app for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the data.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Hamour app, its content, and its trademarks are reserved to their owner.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any change takes effect as soon as it is published on this page, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
